Gift cards delivered successfully — refunds are generally not available

Digital gift cards and prepaid products are intangible goods. Once your payment has been successfully completed and the gift card (code, PIN, or redemption instructions) has been delivered to you by email or made available in your account, we cannot “take back” the product. In that situation, refunds are not available except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional cases described below.

Please verify your order details (product, amount, recipient email or phone) before you pay. If you are unsure, contact support before completing payment.

1. Purpose and scope

This Refund Policy explains when you may receive a refund, replacement, or account credit for purchases made through Tupi. It applies to digital gift cards and related prepaid products sold on our platform. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Successful payment and successful delivery

A purchase is considered successfully completed when: (a) your payment is confirmed by our payment partner (e.g. MonCash), and (b) we have fulfilled the order by delivering the gift card credentials or redemption information to you or to the recipient details you provided.

After both steps are complete, the sale is final for digital delivery. We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or because a recipient did not use the card. Fees charged by payment providers or exchange-rate differences are not refundable unless we explicitly agree otherwise.

3. Cases where we may help (before or without successful delivery)

We may offer a refund, reissue, or credit if: (a) you were charged but we could not deliver the product due to a technical failure on our side; (b) you were charged twice for the same order (duplicate charge); (c) the wrong product or denomination was delivered due to our error; (d) the product was not delivered at all within a reasonable time and the failure is attributable to us, not the payment provider or issuer.

We may require proof of payment, order ID, screenshots, or other information to investigate. False or abusive claims may result in account restrictions.

4. Failed or declined payments

If your payment is declined, times out, or is reversed before we confirm fulfillment, no digital product is owed and any hold on your account should clear according to your payment provider’s rules. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us with your transaction reference so we can coordinate with our payment partners.

5. Issuer, network, or merchant issues

Problems after delivery—such as a card not working at a specific merchant, expiration under the issuer’s rules, loss of codes after you received them, or disputes with the card program—must be directed to the card issuer or program terms. Tupi is a reseller; we cannot guarantee acceptance at every merchant or override issuer policies.

6. How to request a review

Contact us via the email or WhatsApp shown on our website. Include: your order ID, date of purchase, email or phone on the account, and a clear description of the issue. We aim to respond within a few business days. Eligible refunds, when approved, may be processed back through the original payment method where technically possible, or as account credit, within a reasonable processing window.

7. Chargebacks and fraud

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may delay resolution and could lead to suspension of your account. We cooperate with payment partners and law enforcement on fraudulent activity.

8. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised policy.
